I have experienced this a few times recently and I am sure you have too.
You call up a company, ask a question, maybe check some details on a product or a policy you have with them or maybe ask them to make a change to your policy.
They give you what you want and say they have done as you requested, but you come off the phone a little unsure, not feeling confident that they have done what you asked or given you the correct information.
Now I am not speaking about anyone or company in particular, but do you ever get the need like me to call back later and just check.
It can be a real hassle with some big companies, but for peace of mind it is so worthwhile.
